What Will I Need To Bring?

For a Bankruptcy appointment, we ask that you bring the following information to our office:

• A List Of Your Creditors: with a good estimate of the amount owed.
• Pay Stubs, if employed (important to provide most recent pay stubs.)
• Completed Bankruptcy Questionnaire: before you meet with an attorney, we will request that you complete a short questionnaire. This will allow us to assess your situation and advise you appropriately. In order to download the questionnaire you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

For an Immigration appointment/consultation, we ask that you bring the following information to our office:

• Passport with current Visa
